I, Joel Chippindale, a CTO Coach, am committed to working with at least one client on a pro bono basis at any given time.

I do this by offering free scholarships for my 1-1 coaching programmes.

These scholarships are open to engineering leaders who work at a startup or scaleup,Β and identify as being from a group that is underrepresented in technology, and may not be able to afford coaching yet .

Before reaching any decision to enter a coaching arrangement we would have an hour long "chemistry call" which would give us both the chance to get a feel for what it would be like to work together and decide whether to take this forward.
