Group coaching accelerates the development of each leader in the group. It builds confidence, resilience, and skills and improves decision-making. It also builds connections and trust between members of the group.

This is an excellent way to support the development of a group of engineering leaders. These can be from within a single company, or can be from a group or portfolio of companies.

Additional 1-1 support

My group coaching programmes are flexible, and can include 1-1 coaching alongside group coaching in order to provide individual support where required.

Anywhere in the world

Sessions are usually via video call, which allows the group to meet when and where works for members.

I am based in London in the UK and sessions can also be in person if that works for you and your group.

Your coach

Coaching groups will be led by me, Joel Chippindale.

I have years of experience creating spaces that enable engineering leaders to be able to support one another to thrive and develop in their roles.

I am a CTO Coach and have decades of experience leading software development teams, mainly in CTO roles at start-ups and scale-ups, and so will also be able to share my own experiences in the CTO Coaching Circle where appropriate.
