When we trust and feel trusted, we are more effective, creative, influential, and willing to take risks—all while experiencing greater joy. Without trust, everything becomes more challenging and difficult, and sucks our energy and motivation.
Every interaction that we have influences the trust in our relationships. Despite its importance, it is easy to assume that the development of trust “just happens” naturally. This can leave us lost when things go wrong and we realise that we don’t have the trust that we need.
